Mr. von Taube recently completed a week of pro bono activity, which included volunteering as a judge in the state Mock Trial Competition and presenting a unit on credit management to high school students as part of the M. Ellen Carpenter Financial Literacy Program.

Mr. Swiggart and Miss Heineman recently assisted a student to defend against a charge of plagiarism and academic misconduct at a prominent university. Following a hearing, the Committee on Discipline ruled for academic probation in lieu of suspension or expulsion.

Mr. Swiggart recently represented PeopleCube in the sale of all of its shares to Truffle Ventures B.V.

Warren E. Agin was named a Contributing Editor to the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commercial Fraud Task Force Newsletter.
